Diahann Byers-Cascarella is our pastry chef in charge of all wedding cakes. She is the third generation
of bakers in the Byers family. She has a reputation for knowledge and great expertise in creating
the wedding cake of your dreams.
Diahann is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University. She is able to create your masterpiece with eleborate gum paste flowers, bows and fabric flowing from your cake.
