A semi-sweet 1-1/2″ chocolate cup filled with a filling made with cream cheese, oranges, whipped cream, and garnished.
Fresh Dipped Strawberries Fresh Dipped Strawberries (seasonal)
A large strawberry dipped into semi-sweet chocolate. Call for availability.
Cream Puffs Cream Puffs
Made to the size of a silver dollar and filled with cooked custard or mousse, then dusted with confectionary sugar. Mousse filling is $1.00 per dozen extra.
Eclairs Eclairs
Our own-made pastry shell approximately 1-1/2″ in length, filled with a custard filling and garnished with a fudge topping. Mousse filling is available for $1.00 per dozen extra.

A small square of white cake coated with poured fondant icing decorated for your special occasion.

Our short dough crust with a topping of pecans, butter, and heavy cream, then cut into diamond shapes.  Can be served with a dollop of whipped cream.

Lemon Bars
